Alhamdulillah! As Allah (SWT) promise to all the believers, whoever completed the fasting during the month of Ramadan, out of his/her piety ("taqwa"), If Allah (SWT) accepted his/her intention all his/her sins are forgiven. Insha Allah. 

Action or deeds, as Allah's Messenger (SAW) said: Practices that are well documented and authenticated
"But those who have faith and work righteousness, they are companions of the Garden" Therein shall they abide (forever). 
Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:82

"Oh Allah! Verily You are the Oft-Pardoning, You love to pardon, so pardon me"
At-Tirmithee, and others

"The righteous (will be) amid Garden and fountains (of clear-flowing water)."
Surah Al-Hijr, 15:45

"Be quick in the race for forgiveness from your Lord, and for a Garden whose width is that (of the whole) of the heavens and of the earth, is prepared for the righteous. 
Surah Ali-Imran, 3:133

But give glad tidings to those who believe and work righteousness, that their portion is Gardens, beneath which rivers flows. Every time they are fed with fruits therefrom, they say: "Why, this is what we were fed with before," for they are given things in similitude; and they have therein companions pure (and holy); and they abide therein (forever).
Surah al-Baqarah, 225
